Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FinExcel NBFC Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

FinExcel NBFC Platform provides cloud-based software for Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) including loan management, deposit management, compliance reporting, and related services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Free trials do not require payment information.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not sell, share, or use your financial data for any purpose other than providing the Service. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

6. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime for Enterprise plans (measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance). Service credits are available for downtime exceeding the SLA threshold.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
